The Service Container user-interface is an integral part of the Servicepoint Dashboard that provides ISPs with a branded desktop presence and communication channel to their subscribers. This private-labeled desktop interface provides subscribers with a single point of control across services. The ISP brand and value is strengthened, while subscribers benefit from an intuitive, streamlined service experience.
Radialpoint's Desktop Messaging offers ISPs the ability to target messages to subscribers through a new direct-to-desktop channel for promoting important service alerts and personalized product. Customized offers are also possible according to the subscribers' profile and behavioural preferences.
Using detailed targeting rules, ISPs can send timely, relevant information and offers allowing them to reach specific subscriber segments.
