As Executive Chairman, Hamnett Hill is responsible for the long term business strategy and direction of the company, and is actively involved with M&A and Corporate Development. Prior to co-founding Radialpoint, he helped found and build one of Canada's first and most profitable ISPs, TotalNet. Under his leadership, Radialpoint established itself as the leading provider of managed service and support for the digital home solutions to some of the world's largest Internet providers. Mr. Hill was recently designated as one of the Top 40 Under 40 business leaders in Canada.
Bill Kerrigan is responsible for driving Radialpoint's global growth and market success by expanding its customer base, building out its organizational capabilities, and delivering platform and services offerings that create new revenue opportunities for Radialpoint and its partners.
Bill, an early innovator with Software as a Service business models and platforms, has served as an operating executive, board member and advisor to a number of subscription businesses. Bill was Executive Vice President of McAfee's global consumer business. Under his leadership, McAfee established key strategic partnerships, captured market share, and increased its subscriber base to over 23M users, while growing annual revenues to more than $400M. Prior to McAfee, Bill served as CEO, Shaman Corporation, an early SaaS platform company, and Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Technology Services at Corporate Software, a global software asset management and IT services provider. Bill also held various sales leadership positions during his nearly twenty-year-long tenure at IBM.
Hammie Hill is responsible for the company's global financial administration. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience in finance, most notably as CFO of a publicly listed national retailer where he was instrumental in growing his company's revenue from $20 million to over $350 million. His strengths are focused in the areas of corporate strategy development and fiscal management.
Marty Algire is responsible for product management and software development at Radialpoint. He brings over a decade of experience in building vision, teams, and Internet products. Marty previously directed the development of the world's first Pseudonymous Communications Infrastructure for the Internet, which won PC World's "Internet Newcomer of the Year" award. Marty is a frequent speaker at industry events and is often sourced in industry publications.
Warren Levitan is responsible for driving strategic and operational planning as well as pursuing new business opportunities. Warren's management experience includes roles with Kom International, USWeb/CKS, and Zero-Knowledge Systems as Director of Strategic Planning and GM Enterprise Products. Most recently Warren served as Vice-President Sales and Marketing at Transco Plastic Industries, where his responsibilities included overseas manufacturing and imports, field sales, customer services, and marketing.
Véronique Paulet is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of performance, scalability and availability for all of Radialpoint's services. She also ensures that all partners have the support and tools required to offer managed security and support services to their customers in the most cost-effective manner. Previously Veronique worked at Air Canada where she oversaw the maintenance and support of thousands of integrated software systems and IT infrastructure for Canada's largest airline.
Chris Rhodes is responsible for the company's EMEA business, their aggressive business expansion and new European Headquarters in London. With over 15 years of experience in the technology, media and Internet markets, Chris has helped businesses grow rapidly by ensuring focus and vision during continuous times of change. In 2006, this included the development and launch of TalkTalk's "Free Broadband" service in the UK, transforming the way people bought their broadband and growing the business to over a million customers in their first year.
Carlos Saldanha is responsible for professional services and solutions engineering. He brings over 20 years of experience in engineering and developing advanced solution architectures and applications. Most recently he held the position of CTO at My Virtual Model Inc. where he pioneered the development of what has become the standard private-label 3D Virtual Identity & Try-on platform for today's fashion industry.
Brent Hayes is responsible for increasing and deepening partner relationships, and driving the in-market program success of Radialpoint's partners, as they deliver Digital Home Services to consumers in the Americas. A seasoned executive with 25 years' experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, Brent previously served as VP Partnerships Development for Experian Digital Advertising Services, and EVP Sales North America for Newport Networks. Through these and other positions at companies such as Nortel Networks, he has built extensive relationships at a wide range of technology service providers.
Michael Wexler is responsible for the strategy, operations and general management of Radialpoint's Premium Support business. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Michael co-founded HiWired, a Boston-based provider of Premium Support and other value added services to the retail and ISP markets. Michael brings over a decade of business consulting and general management experience to Radialpoint.
