Employees are empowered to make decisions and are equipped with the best tools to make the decisions a reality. The culture is relaxed and the environment is stimulating. Flex-hours and the option to telecommute make it easy to balance work and family life. We pride ourselves in providing products to help people with their technology problems and strongly believe in teamwork to make it happen! I love how working at Radialpoint also gives you an opportunity to give back to the community. We do a lot of fundraisers and volunteer work for the local non profit organizations in Montreal, Boston and the UK. My customers – they depend on me to keep the project moving and to deliver on time with a product of quality.
What I really enjoy about Radialpoint is that I do not have a ‘typical day”. The type of day that I have depends on where I am with my projects. I check emails for any urgent issues, I usually have customer calls that either relate to project status or information required to keep the project moving, and usually handle managing schedules and risk management for my various projects.
