A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of high tech leadership, throughout his career Hamnett has been driven by a vision of simplifying technology for everyday consumers. As President and CEO of Radialpoint, and a member of the Company’s board of directors, Hamnett and his team are focused on helping consumer technology brands to monetize the Connected Home.

Under Hamnett’s leadership, Radialpoint has created over $500Million in top-line revenues for its global customers, driven the Company’s global growth and market success by expanding its customer base, and delivered a platform and services offerings that created new revenue opportunities for Radialpoint, its partners, and customers around the world.

Prior to co-founding Radialpoint, Hamnett helped found and build one of Canada's first and most profitable ISPs, TotalNet. Hamnett studied Business Administration and Accounting at Montana State University and was recently named one of the "Top 40 Under 40" business leaders in Canada.

As VP Engineering, Louis-Sébastien Guimond is responsible for managing the delivery of all Radialpoint products.  Louis Sébastien brings over a decade of software development and team stewardship to Radialpoint.  With his tremendous problem solving skills, drive for on-time delivery of products and dedication to the engineering team, Louis-Sébastien is a key member of the Radialpoint team.  

Prior to joining Radialpoint, Louis-Sébastien held multiple management roles at Silanis Technology and Bell Canada University Labs. Louis-Sébastien holds a Ph. D. in Mathematics from University of Montreal and the University of Bourgogne. He also holds three Post Doctoral Fellowships, one for a mathematics and Physics, one for Cryptography and one for Industrial Engineering from The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).

Michael Wexler brings over 15 years of business consulting and general management experience in consumer technology services to Radialpoint, where he serves as VP Business Development and Product Strategy. In this key role, Michael manages a team that includes Sales, Marketing and Product Management. He is focused on developing innovative business-led strategies that help the Company’s customers solve their toughest connected home business challenges and enable partners to improve the profitability with Radialpoint’s solutions.

Prior to joining Radialpoint, Michael was Founder and CEO of HiWired, the PC Magazine Editors’ Choice provider of white-label remote tech support and digital home services to consumers and small businesses. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College.

Warren Levitan has over 15 years of financial management, strategic planning, sales and consulting experience that spans from high-tech to manufacturing industries. He joined Radialpoint in 2000 in a strategic planning capacity and over the years has played multiple leadership roles including General Manager of Enterprise Products and Vice President of Corporate Development. In 2008 and 2009, Warren led the acquisitions of HiWired and Casero helping to expand Radialpoint’s Digital Home Services capabilities. In 2010, he became CFO and heads corporate finance, business operations and legal affairs for the Company.

Warren was previously VP of Sales and Marketing at packaging and container supplier Transco Plastic Industries where he founded and grew the company’s overseas manufacturing division and later took over executive responsibility for sales, marketing, product management and customer service. Before that, he was a consultant for the Mitchell Madison Group, and started his career at Kom International in Montreal. Warren holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from McGill University and a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Warren is currently Vice President of Canada East on the executive Committee of INSEAD’s Alumni Association.

Carlos Saldanha has over 2 decades of experience in software engineering and developing advanced business solutions and programs. At Radialpoint, Carlos is responsible for the end-to-end business solution design, implementation and in-market growth of the Company’s  Digital Home Services. Carlos drives business success by effectively managing go-to-market activities, technical implementation, customer training programs and service delivery. An 8+ year Radialpoint veteran, Carlos has held several critical positions including, VP of Product Development, VP of Professional Services, and VP of Sales & Solutions.

Prior to joining Radialpoint, Carlos as  CTO at My Virtual Model Inc. where he pioneered the development of what has become the standard private-label 3D Virtual Identity & Try-on platform for today's fashion industry.

Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University focused on knowledge-based and intelligent systems.

Veronique Paulet is responsible for managing and delivering all of the operations components that provides Radialpoints Connected Home services to consumers and small businesses including infrastructure scalability and availability, network operation, support, business analytics, training, performance management and security.  She also ensures that all partners have the support and tools required to offer Connected Home services and managed security to their customers in the most cost-effective manner.

Before joining Radialpoint Veronique managed, delivered and supported large scale and complex infrastructure at Air Canada; which include the support of thousands of integrated software systems on desktops for Canada's largest airline. Prior to Air Canada, Veronique spent 9 years in research at Noranda. During this time, she was instrumental in building the IT  infrastructure to implement  and support enterprise applications  and complex Engineering applications across Noranda's research organization.

 Veronique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bishop's University.

As General Counsel of Radialpoint, Jacques Lemoine is responsible of overseeing all legal matters of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from University of Sherbrooke, a Master degree in International Law (LL.M) from University of Notre Dame and a Master degree in Intellectual Property Law (MIP) from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Prior to joining Radialpoint, he was General Counsel at OZ Communications Inc. and held various positions in the Law Departments of Nokia and Nortel Networks. He also worked as a lawyer at Robic, an intellectual property boutique firm in Montreal. Jacques Lemoine joined the Quebec Bar in 1995.

Chris Rhodes is responsible for Radialpoint's business in EMEA. Chris brings over 15 years of experience in the Technology, Media and Internet markets, and has extensive experience in helping businesses grow rapidly by ensuring focus and vision during continuous times of change. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Chris was on the board of TalkTalk, where he focused on developing and launching TalkTalk's "Free Broadband" service in the UK, transforming the way people bought their broadband and growing the business to over a million customers in their first year.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jordan Socran leads Radialpoint’s Sales and Business Development organization, bringing new Connected Home Services businesses to life through the world’s largest consumer technology brands. Jordan’s group works with industry leaders across the telecom, cable, OEM manufacturer’s, CE retailers, and Internet Software vendor sectors to ease their consumer’s technology frustrations. A 12-year veteran at Radialpoint, Jordan directly managed the acquisition of many of Radialpoint’s customers, including AT&T, Verizon, Virgin Media, Bell Canada, Telus, Rogers, HP, Netgear, D-Link, and the Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to his current role, Jordan managed existing in-market programs, driving deeper customer relationships and the introduction of new Radialpoint products and services.

Prior to joining  Radialpoint, Jordan was Vice President of Sales of a provider of point-of-sale software and inventory management services to Canadian mobility companies including Bell Canada and Rogers Communications. Jordan is a frequent speaker at select industry events and conferences, and advisor to the Connected Home Services industry, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Concordia University.

As Director of Global Marketing, Liz McSorley leads a team that supports Radialpoint’s business development by identifying growth opportunities and generating market demand through corporate, b2b and consumer marketing strategies. With over 13 years of experience, Liz brings to this role key strategic marketing, subscriber acquisition, revenue management, advertising and communications expertise. These skills are key in delivering seamless end-to-end customer experiences and propelling Radialpoint’s customers to achieve their subscriber and revenue targets.  Prior to joining Radialpoint, Liz was the Director, Marketing and Customer Experience at Rogers Communications, Inc., where she was responsible for designing new product and services experiences to help Rogers differentiate through demand-based innovation. 

Liz holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and an Executive Masters of Business Administration certificate from the Schulich School of Business.
