Hamnett Hill - Executive Chairman

A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of high tech leadership, Hamnett Hill is driven by a vision of simplifying technology for everyday consumers by building companies and creating value. As President and CEO of Radialpoint, and a member of the Company’s board of directors, Hamnett and his team are focused on helping consumer technology brands to monetize the Connected Home.Under Hamnett’s leadership, Radialpoint has created over $500Million in top-line revenues for its global customers, driven the Company’s global growth and market success by expanding its customer base, and delivered a platform and services offerings that created new revenue opportunities for Radialpoint, its partners, and customers around the world. Prior to co-founding Radialpoint, Hamnett helped found and build one of Canada’s first and most profitable ISPs, TotalNet. Hamnett studied Business Administration and Accounting at Montana State University and was recently named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” business leaders in Canada.

Hammie Hill - Co-Founder, Radialpoint

Hammie Hill co-founded Radialpoint and brings more than 30 years of industry experience in finance, most notably as CFO of a publicly listed national retailer where he was instrumental in growing his company’s revenue from $20 million to over $350 million. His strengths are focused in the areas of corporate strategy development and fiscal management.

Paul Atkinson - Managing Partner, Southwest Sun Inc.

Paul Atkinson is a Managing Partner of Southwest Sun Inc., a diversified investment partnership with interests in the technology, automotive, leisure and real estate industries. He is a founder of Southwest Sun and has been a Managing Partner since 1990. As an entrepreneur Paul Atkinson has founded and served as CEO of several companies including Casero, AudienceView Ticketing, Solect Technology Group and Southwest Technology Group. Until March 2002, Paul was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Amdocs Management Limited (DOS:NYSE). Prior to joining Amdocs’ Solect division, Paul was the President and Co-Founder of Southwest Technology Group, central Canada’s independent sales organization for Sun Microsystems. Paul is the Chair of the Board of the Toronto International Film Festival and sits on the Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration at The University of Western Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.

Hythem El-Nazer - Principal, TA Associates

Hythem El-Nazer is a Principal with TA Associates and is based in the firm’s Boston office.  Hythem concentrates his efforts on investments in communications and technology companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of eSecLending, Radialpoint, TEOCO, Weather Investments S.p.A. and Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E. Hythem was also actively involved in TA’s investments in Idea Cellular and MetroPCS Communications. Prior to joining TA in 2004, he worked in the U.S. and the Middle East offices of McKinsey & Company and in the Investment Banking Department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Hythem received a General Course degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an AB degree in Economics from Brown University and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.

William Kerrigan - President and CEO of Abine Inc.

As Radialpoint’s past President and CEO, William Kerrigan expanded its customer base, built out its organizational capabilities, and delivered platform and services offerings that created new revenue opportunities for Radialpoint and its partners. An early innovator with Software as a Service business models and platforms, William has served as an operating executive, board member and advisor to a number of subscription businesses. William was Executive Vice President of McAfee’s global consumer business. Under his leadership, McAfee established key strategic partnerships, captured market share, and increased its subscriber base to over 23M users, while growing annual revenues to more than $400M. Prior to McAfee, William served as CEO, Shaman Corporation, an early SaaS platform company, and Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Technology Services at Corporate Software, a global software asset management and IT services provider. William also held various sales leadership positions during his nearly twenty-year-long tenure at IBM.

John Meeks - Managing Director, TA Associates

John has been a Managing Director of TA Associates since 2006, and focuses on investments in growth companies in Europe. He is a Director of Amann Girrbach, AVG Technologies, eCircle, Fotolia Holdings, GlobeOp Financial Services and Radialpoint. John also served on the Boards of Creditex, Lava Trading, Monotype Imaging, Mythic Entertainment, OpenLink Financial and SmartStream Technologies, and was actively involved in TA’s investments in Datek Online Holdings, Idea Cellular and The Island ECN. Prior to joining TA in 1997, he was a Financial Analyst in the Information Services Group at Robertson Stephens. John received a BS degree, with Distinction, in Mathematics, from Yale University (1995).
