Leading the Radialpoint mission to make exceptional customer support the standard for consumers and small business, Warren joined Radialpoint in 2000 and played multiple executive roles across corporate development, finance and product before being named President. Passionate about nurturing a winning culture that supports innovation while driving organizational performance and scalability, Warren was instrumental in transforming Radialpoint from its roots in Internet security to the global leader in tech support services that it has become today. Warren holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD. Warren was a founding member of the Board of Directors of Bixi Montreal, is a Director at Camp B’nai Brith Montreal and an Executive of the INSEAD Alumni Association.

Tal Schierau

VP, Sales & Account Management

Tal brings over 16 years of experience leading sales and customer-facing teams in fast-paced technology and services businesses. Tal’s philosophy is that strong and lasting customer relationships are built by ensuring customers get the highest possible value from Radialpoint products and services. Given that numerous Radialpoint customers date back over a decade, he may be onto something! Prior to joining Radialpoint, Tal spent eight years at Telus Communications in various leadership positions including managing several Fortune 50 customer relationships.

VP, Services & Solutions

R.J. is responsible for the Services & Solutions team at Radialpoint, which includes the design, delivery, and operational support of all deployed solutions. With over 15 years of experience working with top information technology & services businesses, R.J. has a passion for delivering solutions that solve real-world business challenges and a track record of driving customer success. Prior to Radialpoint, R.J. was responsible for Professional Services at Epicor Software, delivering end-to-end software solutions to Fortune 500 retailers.

Louis-Sébastien Guimond

VP, Product Engineering & Operations

As VP Engineering, Louis-Sébastien is responsible for managing the development of all Radialpoint products. Louis-Sébastien’s drive for solving tough problems with technology, coupled with his dedication to engineering culture and innovation, have been key to building products our customers love. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Louis-Sébastien held multiple management roles at Silanis Technology and Bell Canada University Labs. Nutty for numbers, Louis-Sébastien holds a Ph. D. in Mathematics and holds three Postdoctoral Fellowships, one for a mathematics and Physics, one for Cryptography and one for Industrial Engineering from The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).

Jeremy Hill

VP, Products & Marketing

As VP, Product & Marketing, Jeremy leverages more than 15 years of technology and entrepreneurial experience to bring innovative software and services to market, aimed at delivering amazing support experiences to end users of technology. With the wave of IoT devices entering the home and the plethora of cloud services being used by SMBs, creating seamless technical support experiences that thrill customers has never been more important. Jeremy joined Radialpoint in 2000, and has held numerous positions across the company in Facilities, IT & Operations as well as Product Management, prior to taking on his current role. Jeremy is dedicated to identifying product/market fit through customer development and working with his teams to turn the insights that emerge into profitable products that customers love.

Jacques Lemoine

General Counsel

As General Counsel of Radialpoint, Jacques Lemoine is responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from University of Sherbrooke, a Master degree in International Law (LL.M) from University of Notre Dame and a Master degree in Intellectual Property Law (MIP) from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Prior to joining Radialpoint, he was General Counsel at OZ Communications Inc. and held various positions in the Law Departments of Nokia and Nortel Networks. He also worked as a lawyer at Robic, an intellectual property boutique firm in Montreal. Jacques Lemoine joined the Quebec Bar in 1995.
