Passionate about nurturing a winning culture that supports innovation and drives organizational performance, Warren has been instrumental in building and growing the company’s tech services business and in developing the company's new stream of innovative customer support products to drive repeat customer smiles.
VP of Sales and Account Management
Tal brings over 16 years of experience leading sales and customer-facing teams in fast-paced technology and services businesses. Tal’s philosophy is that strong and lasting customer relationships are built by ensuring customers get the highest possible value from Radialpoint products and services. Given that numerous Radialpoint customers date back over a decade, he may be onto something! Prior to joining Radialpoint, Tal spent eight years at Telus Communications in various leadership positions including managing several Fortune 50 customer relationships.
VP, Services & Solutions
R.J. is responsible for the Services & Solutions team at Radialpoint, which includes the design, delivery, and operational support of all deployed solutions. With over 15 years of experience working with top information technology & services businesses, R.J. has a passion for delivering solutions that solve real-world business challenges and a track record of driving customer success. Prior to Radialpoint, R.J. was responsible for Professional Services at Epicor Software, delivering end-to-end software solutions to Fortune 500 retailers.
VP, Product Engineering & Operations
As VP Engineering, Louis-Sébastien is responsible for managing the development of all Radialpoint products. Louis-Sébastien’s drive for solving tough problems with technology, coupled with his dedication to engineering culture and innovation, have been key to building products our customers love. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Louis-Sébastien held multiple management roles at Silanis Technology and Bell Canada University Labs. Nutty for numbers, Louis-Sébastien holds a Ph. D. in Mathematics and holds three Postdoctoral Fellowships, one for a mathematics and Physics, one for Cryptography and one for Industrial Engineering from The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
As General Counsel of Radialpoint, Jacques Lemoine is responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from University of Sherbrooke, a Master degree in International Law (LL.M) from University of Notre Dame and a Master degree in Intellectual Property Law (MIP) from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Prior to joining Radialpoint, he was General Counsel at OZ Communications Inc. and held various positions in the Law Departments of Nokia and Nortel Networks. He also worked as a lawyer at Robic, an intellectual property boutique firm in Montreal. Jacques Lemoine joined the Quebec Bar in 1995.

A serial technology entrepreneur who was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” business leaders in Canada, Hamnett is driven by a vision of simplifying access to and use of technology. Prior to co-founding Radialpoint, Hamnett helped found and build one of Canada’s first and most profitable ISPs, TotalNet, which was ultimately acquired by BCE Emergis.
Hammie Hill co-founded Radialpoint and brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, accounting, finance and fundraising to the team. Prior to co-founding Radialpoint, Hammie was CFO of The Forzani Group, a publicly listed national retailer where he was instrumental in growing the company’s revenue from $20 million to over $350 million. Hammie is currently Interim CFO and Director at BlockStream.
Managing Partner, Southwest Sun Inc.
Paul Atkinson is a Managing Partner of Southwest Sun Inc., a diversified investment partnership with interests in the technology, automotive, leisure and real estate industries. As an entrepreneur, Paul Atkinson has founded and served as CEO of several companies including Casero, AudienceView Ticketing and Solect Technology Group. Until March 2002, Paul was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Amdocs. Paul is the Chair of the Board of the Toronto International Film Festival and sits on the Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration at The University of Western Ontario.

Hythem El-Nazer is a Director with TA Associates. He focuses on investments in technology, communications and energy services companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Accruent, Bomgar, Idera, MicroSeismic, and TEOCO. Prior to TA, he worked for McKinsey & Company and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Founder & Director, Path Defender
As Radialpoint’s past President and CEO, Bill Kerrigan expanded its customer base, built out its organizational capabilities, and delivered platform and services offerings that created new revenue opportunities for Radialpoint and its partners. An early innovator with Software as a Service business models and platforms, Bill has served as an operating executive, board member and advisor to a number of subscription businesses, including as Executive Vice President of McAfee’s global consumer business.
Managing Director, TA Associates
John Meeks has been a managing director of TA Associates since 2006, and focuses on investments in internet and software. He is a director at Amann Girrbach AG, AVG Technologies, Bigpoint, Flashtalking, Fotolia Holdings, Onlineprinters GmbH. Prior to TA, he was a financial analyst in the information services group at Robertson Stephens.
