Warren has over 15 years of senior management, financial and strategic planning, corporate development, sales and consulting experience that spans from high-technology to manufacturing industries. He joined Radialpoint in 2000 in a strategic planning capacity and over the years has played multiple leadership roles including general manager of enterprise products and vice president of corporate development. In 2008 and 2009, Warren led the acquisitions of HiWired and Casero helping to expand Radialpoint’s premium services capabilities. In 2010, he became CFO, and in 2012 COO, expanding his executive-level operational and leadership responsibilities. Warren was named President and CEO in 2013.
Warren was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing at packaging supplier Transco Plastic Industries, where he also founded and grew the company’s overseas manufacturing division. Prior to that, he was a consultant for the Mitchell Madison Group as well as the boutique consultancy Kom International in Montreal. Warren holds a B.A. from McGill University and a MBA from INSEAD in France. Warren is currently a Vice President on the executive committee of INSEAD’s Canadian alumni association.
Tal has over 16 years of experience leading Sales and customer facing teams in fast paced technology and services businesses, including several years in the contact center and telecommunications industries. Tal joined the Radialpoint sales team in 2012 where he successfully developed strong customer relationships and business opportunities for Radialpoint. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Tal spent eight years at Telus Communications in various sales and customer facing leadership positions including managing many Fortune 50 customer relationships. Tal also held customer facing leadership roles at Minacs Worldwide and Norigen Communications and throughout his career has negotiated over $200 million in contracts including SaaS, telecom and aircraft maintenance agreements. Tal holds an Engineering Degree from McMaster University.
Frank brings 14 years of experience in leading product development, product management and marketing. Frank joined Radialpoint in 2006 and currently heads all Product Management and Marketing functions. While at Radialpoint Frank has led several product initiatives including Radialpoint’s core PTS platform, and various market offerings around Premium Technical Support, Security, and Online Backup. Frank brings significant experience in Platform product management and Software as a Service. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Frank was a Director of Product Management at Data Valet where he launched successful SaaS offerings to market focused on smart network management solutions, and service delivery platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
R.J. Stangle brings 15 years of experience leading consulting, software development, and professional services teams for top information technology & services businesses. Four years with Radialpoint, R.J. is responsible for the Services & Solutions group, which includes the design, delivery, and operational support of all deployed solutions. R.J. has both a passion for delivering solutions that solve real-world business challenges and a track record of driving continuous improvement in process.
Prior to Radialpoint R.J. was responsible for Professional Services at Epicor Software, delivering end-to-end software solutions to Fortune 500 retailers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.
As General Counsel of Radialpoint, Jacques Lemoine is responsible of overseeing all legal matters of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from University of Sherbrooke, a Master degree in International Law (LL.M) from University of Notre Dame and a Master degree in Intellectual Property Law (MIP) from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Prior to joining Radialpoint, he was General Counsel at OZ Communications Inc. and held various positions in the Law Departments of Nokia and Nortel Networks. He also worked as a lawyer at Robic, an intellectual property boutique firm in Montreal. Jacques Lemoine joined the Quebec Bar in 1995.
As VP Engineering, Louis-Sébastien Guimond is responsible for managing the delivery of all Radialpoint products. Louis Sébastien brings over a decade of software development and team stewardship to Radialpoint. With his tremendous problem solving skills, drive for on-time delivery of products and dedication to the engineering team, Louis-Sébastien is a key member of the Radialpoint team.
Prior to joining Radialpoint, Louis-Sébastien held multiple management roles at Silanis Technology and Bell Canada University Labs. Louis-Sébastien holds a Ph. D. in Mathematics from University of Montreal and the University of Bourgogne. He also holds three Post Doctoral Fellowships, one for a mathematics and Physics, one for Cryptography and one for Industrial Engineering from The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of high tech leadership, Hamnett Hill is driven by a vision of simplifying access to technology for everyday consumers. As co-founder of Radialpoint, and Chairman of the Company’s board of directors, Hamnett has always been focused on helping companies, such as carriers, ISVs and OEMs, to address consumer technology frustrations by providing technologies and services that make supporting all of a consumer’s mobile and personal technologies efficient and affordable.
Prior to co-founding Radialpoint, Hamnett helped found and build one of Canada’s first and most profitable ISPs, TotalNet. Hamnett studied Business Administration and Accounting at Montana State University and was recently named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” business leaders in Canada.
Hammie Hill co-founded Radialpoint and brings more than 30 years of industry experience in finance, most notably as CFO of a publicly listed national retailer where he was instrumental in growing his company’s revenue from $20 million to over $350 million. His strengths are focused in the areas of corporate strategy development and fiscal management.
Paul Atkinson is a Managing Partner of Southwest Sun Inc., a diversified investment partnership with interests in the technology, automotive, leisure and real estate industries. He is a founder of Southwest Sun and has been a Managing Partner since 1990. As an entrepreneur Paul Atkinson has founded and served as CEO of several companies including Casero, AudienceView Ticketing, Solect Technology Group and Southwest Technology Group. Until March 2002, Paul was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Amdocs Management Limited (DOS:NYSE). Prior to joining Amdocs’ Solect division, Paul was the President and Co-Founder of Southwest Technology Group, central Canada’s independent sales organization for Sun Microsystems. Paul is the Chair of the Board of the Toronto International Film Festival and sits on the Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration at The University of Western Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of
Hythem El-Nazer is a Director with TA Associates. He focuses on investments in technology, communications and energy services companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Answers Corporation, eSecLending, MicroSeismic, Radialpoint and TEOCO, and a former Board Observer at WIND TELECOM S.p.A. Hythem was actively involved in TA’s investments in Idea Cellular, MetroPCS Communications and RGM Advisors, and led TA’s investment in AboveNet. Prior to joining TA in 2004, he worked in the U.S. and the Middle East offices of McKinsey & Company and in the Investment Banking Department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Hythem received a General Course degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an AB degree in Economics from Brown University and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
As Radialpoint’s past President and CEO, William Kerrigan expanded its customer base, built out its organizational capabilities, and delivered platform and services offerings that created new revenue opportunities for Radialpoint and its partners. An early innovator with Software as a Service business models and platforms, William has served as an operating executive, board member and advisor to a number of subscription businesses. William was Executive Vice President of McAfee’s global consumer business. Under his leadership, McAfee established key strategic partnerships, captured market share, and increased its subscriber base to over 23M users, while growing annual revenues to more than $400M. Prior to McAfee, William served as CEO, Shaman Corporation, an early SaaS platform company, and Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Technology Services at Corporate Software, a global software asset management and IT services provider. William also held various sales leadership positions during his nearly twenty-year-long tenure at IBM.
John Meeks has been a managing director of TA Associates since 2006, and focuses on investments in growth companies in Europe. He is a director of Amann Girrbach, AVG Technologies, Fotolia Holdings, and Radialpoint. John also served on
the boards of Creditex, Lava Trading, Monotype Imaging, Mythic Entertainment, OpenLink Financial, SmartStream Technologies, GlobeOp Financial Services and eCircle, and was actively involved in TA’s investments in Datek Online Holdings, Idea Cellular and The Island ECN. Prior to joining TA in 1997, he was a financial analyst in the information services group at Robertson Stephens. John received a B.S. degree with distinction in mathematics from Yale University in 1995.
